Legal Notice
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale and use of tickets for cinema screenings organized by Paralimni Youth, a youth-led body operating at Antoni Papadopoulou 13, 1st Floor, Paralimni 5282, Famagusta, Cyprus, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the purchase.
1. Ticket Purchase
1.1. All ticket sales are final and are subject to availability.
1.2. Tickets must be purchased through the official sales channels designated by the Organizer.
1.3. Each ticket admits one person to the specified cinema viewing event.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. All ticket sales are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted.
2.2. In the event that a screening is canceled by the Organizer (e.g., due to technical issues or venue closure), the Organizer may, at its discretion, offer alternative arrangements such as rescheduling or credit, but is under no obligation to issue monetary refunds.
3. Ticket Use and Entry
3.1. Attendees must present a valid ticket (physical or digital) for entry. Tickets may not be duplicated or tampered with.
3.2. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any person without a valid ticket or to remove any person who violates venue rules or engages in disruptive behavior.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payment for tickets must be made in full at the time of purchase using the accepted payment methods indicated during checkout.
4.2. All prices are listed in EUR and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Complaint Policy
5.1 If you have any concerns or complaints, please submit them in writing via email to [email address]. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days, thoroughly investigate, and aim to resolve your complaint within 10 business days.
6. Liability and Applicable Law
6.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising out of or in connection with your attendance at the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6.2. The Organizer is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses including, but not limited to, loss of enjoyment, travel or accommodation costs.
6.3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
7. General Provisions
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the official sales platform.
7.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
7.3. Failure by the Organizer to enforce any part of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.
